That’s why we are committed to offering accessible and affordable counselling services to individuals who may be facing financial constraints. Our low-cost counselling program is designed to provide support and guidance to those in need without breaking the bank.

What is Low-Cost Counselling?
Low-cost counselling is a valuable resource for individuals who require therapeutic assistance but are not able to afford standard rates. Our low cost sessions are conducted by our dedicated intern counsellors, who are currently completing their master’s degrees in counselling. We provide students with the opportunity to gain speciality training in these diverse and in-demand areas of counselling. And, when we provide this opportunity, it provides affordable services to those in need.

All of our student interns and staff are supervised by Jas Hundal (RCSW/RCC) who has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Our students are in their final year of the Masters in Clinical Counselling Psychology. They are also student members of the BC Association of Counsellors and will be pursuing the Registered Clinical Counsellor designation upon completion of their program.
