Counselling and Psychotherapy
Cultivating Resilience, Inspiring Growth
Individual counselling and psychotherapy is an empowering process that offers a confidential and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and stressors. Our counsellors are Master’s Level clinicians trained to build collaborative coping plans for overcoming obstacles, managing stress, and improving emotional and psychological well-being. When working with one of our counsellors, clients will be introduced to evidence based approaches and strategies that are specific to their concerns.
We offer a variety of treatment modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Mindfulness-based Counselling, Narrative Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.

For many clients accessing counselling for the first time may not know where to start or what to expect. A counsellor can be a neutral perspective on a certain dilemma, a sound board or analyst in complex situations or they can be someone to clarify your thoughts and feelings through a difficult time in your life. We have created a free guide that includes useful tips and information if you are new to counselling.
